Christina Iding - Christina is a singer/songwriter who uses the voice God gives to her to Worship Him! She has performed in various musical groups since grade school and now continues to Worship and Praise Him with various bands wherever the Lord leads. While in Florida, she wrote and recorded some of her own songs as well as Quiet Time Blessings and Worship the King Christmas albums. She served as one of the elementary /preschool music leaders for Calvary Chapel, St. Pete. Vacation Bible School from 2006 -2010. She also taught preschool music for three different preschools. In August of 2010, God moved Christina and her family to Texas. They were house parents for a growing group of boys. We love those boys and pray for them. It was such a huge blessing to get to know them and the rest of the boys and girls on the farm as well! While in Texas, Christina also assisted the music director with the elementary classes and the Jr. and Sr. High choir. She was also co - director of the end of the year program for the school on campus. The Lord has now moved Christina and her family to North Carolina where they are investing in the lives of young people sharing Jesus Christ with them daily, helping them understand their need for Him and how real He truly is. Since being in North Carolina, four kids have received Jesus and three more rededicated their lives to Him. Praise God! She wrote and directed the Christmas program for about 175 students grades 1st - 12th and helped with the Pre K 3 - Pre K 5 Christmas program. Just like King David cried out to the Lord, we want them to know they can do that too. We can sing praises to Him, write down poems, songs, thoughts to Him.. He is our Abba Father and our Creator to whom we cry Holy are you Lord God Almighty. All your works shall Praise You! Every knee will one day bow to You and we give you our very lives so that You alone may be glorified. Praise God!
Christina has been married for 15 years to a humble man of God, David, and they have two wonderful boys ages 10, Isaac and 9, Isaiah..
“God’s love is overwhelming to me. I cannot comprehend it. May my life be a testimony of Him alone!” Christina
Psalm 27:4 I'm asking God for one thing, only one thing: To live with Him in His house my whole life long. I'll contemplate His beauty; I'll study at His feet."
When I was eight years old I asked the Lord Jesus Christ into my heart and my life because I realized that I was a sinner and could not face a Holy God without Jesus as the mediator. He took my sin so that I could be forgiven and daily talk with God. I asked Jesus to forgive me of my sins and asked Him to help me live the rest of my life for Him. I felt like a new person! I was a new person! I had Jesus!
As each day God allows me to be here on this earth, He graciously teaches me to give all of me over to Him. All my anxieties, all my fears, all my frustrations, all my hurts. He daily takes me, holds me, loves me, and teaches me. My prayer is that people will long to know Jesus for He longs to know us.. God and His Word proves to be faithful as He reveals His unconditional Love to us over and over again!
My soul wants to praise our ALMIGHTY GOD who is full of Compassion and Love and Mercy. That is why I just want to praise Him.
May we all strive to live lives fully committed to Jesus Christ,
Christina
Alan Tripp - Alan Tripp was born and raised in Clearwater, Florida. At the age of 9 he began studying piano under the tutelage of his grandmother and by age 14 was performing piano concerts. As a teenager he continued to study with Tampa Bay concert pianist Jose Mariscal and eventually attended St Petersburg College where he earned an Associate’s Degree in Music. Alan completed his Bachelor of Music degree with a piano performance emphasis from the Moody Bible Institute in Chicago, Illinois where he studied under Dr. Gary Rownd. He has had the privilege of performing concerts in Canada, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Spain, France, Morocco and throughout the U.S. including Alaska. He has performed numerous solo concerts and recitals and has also collaborated with a number of various ensembles.
During his last year of study in Chicago, he performed Tchaikovsky's 1st piano concerto with a couple Chicagoland orchestras. In 2007, he toured the south eastern United States with the Moody Symphonic Band, performing this piece. During his time at Moody, he was welcomed to play at several conferences, one being, Founders Week, a worldwide broadcasted event. He has also teamed up with concert pianist Scott Griffin on many occasions and continues to enjoy playing duo piano. It is at Moody's Founders Week where their unique duo comedy routines/arrangements began to receive attention.
In addition to performing live, Alan enjoys arranging and composing as well as the art of improvisation. He is experienced with classical, jazz, and sacred styles.
His arrangements that you will hear on the CD “Quiet Time Blessings " is one of his more simplified works, however, this was intentional for the style of the CD. Even though the arrangements are presented in a simplified form, he believes the work as a whole is profound, and will be used to bless and touch many hearts and lives.
Alan has a passion to minister to the hearts of people in order to encourage his audiences spiritually through the music that he plays. While he enjoys playing the classics, his ability to implement many styles into sacred arrangements is a calling that he cannot deny.
"I want to share the joy I have that God has given me through the gift of music. I believe music can heal, encourage and inspire others and I count it a privilege to be able to combine my love for humor and several styles of music to do just that." - Alan Tripp www.alancurtistripp.com .
